Clovis City Council will hear a request by staff to approve the start of a Prop. 218 vote process for Area 1 (Renaissance). Council will hear this item April 15 and if approved, ballots will be mailed out the same week to be returned 45 days later and prior to their reading at the June 17, 2024 Council meeting.

The budget for Area 2 (Country View) is sufficient and no increase is proposed in the annual assessment.
