Affordable Housing

The Clovis City Council updated its Citizen Participation Plan and approved its Language Access Plan at their June 10, 2024 meeting.

Both documents can be found in the “CDBG DOCUMENTS” tab above.

The City of Clovis is now accepting grant and loan applications for the Owner Occupied Home Rehabilitation and Repair Program.

To access the application click here, print out the application, attach all necessary documents, and submit in person or via mail to City of Clovis-Administration, Affordable Housing Program, 1033 Fifth Street, Clovis, CA 93612.
