First Time Homebuyer Program
THE CITY OF CLOVIS IS NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THE MOBILE-HOME ONLY FIRST TIME HOMEBUYER PROGRAM
DUE TO FUNDING PROGRAM RESTRICTIONS FROM THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, The First Time Homebuyer Program (also referred to as the Mortgage Assistance or Downpayment Assistance Program) is ONLY AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE OF MOBILE HOMES IN THE CITY OF CLOVIS.
The first step in qualifying for this program is to contact a lender, from the list of participating lenders (see list of participating lenders here), and get qualified for a primary mortgage. Your lender will work directly with City of Clovis staff to submit an application for city funding. Funding will be available only to eligible applicants in the order the applications are received.
