Help with utilities

Are you late in making payments to the City of Clovis for your water, sewer, and garbage bill?

If so, the City may be able to help you pay off those past due bills through the Emergency Utilities Payment Assistance Program.

TO QUALIFY:

1. Your City of Clovis utility account must be past due
2. Your family must qualify as low-income (see chart below)
3. You must be able to document that COVID impacted your ability to pay the utilities (i.e. unemployment, lay off, etc.)
