Welcome and thank you for visiting the Department’s website. My name is Chris Ekk and I have the honor of serving Clovis as the Fire Chief.

In carrying on the traditions of keeping Clovis a great place to live and work, it is our endeavor to provide a high-quality level of service; not only in terms of emergency response but also in customer service. As an “All Risk” public safety organization, we are motivated and committed to providing the highest level of safety and service to the community. Our website has a number of options for obtaining this information. We also have a “frequently asked questions” page for common questions or information visitors seek. Probably the more important link is our Customer Service portal. It is a fast and easy way for citizens of Clovis to ask specific questions, report non-emergency problems such as weed abatement issues, leaking hydrants, or provide valuable feedback to us.
