A Public Meeting will be held to review the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) draft Transition Plan on July 25, 2019 at 4:00 p.m.

The meeting will take place in the Council Chambers at 1033 Fifth Street, Clovis, CA 93612.

ADA regulations require the city to evaluate our services, policies, and practices and to modify any that did not meet ADA requirements.

In addition, a transition plan details any structural changes that would be undertaken to achieve program access and specifying a time frame for their completion.

This Transition Plan will be an update to the 2012 Transition Plan which may be viewed at https://cityofclovis.com/government/city-clerk/ada-grievance-procedure/.
