Affordable Housing

The City of Clovis is proposing Substantial Amendments to the Community Development Block Grant Program Funded Activities as follows:

• Clovis Culinary Kitchen, add $30,000 in CDBG Funds, Revised CDBG Total: $85,000
• Housing Rehabilitation Program, add $55,000 in CDBG Funds, Revised CDBG Total: $155,000
• CDBG-CV, Utilities Payment Assistance Program, reduction: ($130,876)
• CDBG-CV Administration, reduction: ($25,000)
• CDBG-CV, Water Tower 1 Plaza at Old Town Trail Improvements, fund: $155,876

The City of Clovis CDBG Citizen’s Advisory Committee will meet on November 5, 2024, at 4:00 p.m., at the City of Clovis, Administration Building, 1033 Fifth St., Clovis, CA, to review the requested approval for this changes, and recommend a decision to the City Council.
