R-T Park Cleanup

On January 4, 2021, the Clovis City Council approved a resolution for City staff to initiate amendments to the 2014 Clovis General Plan, Zoning Map, and the Development Code to remove existing inconsistencies between these documents as they relate to the City’s R-T Park area. These efforts will include a General Plan Amendment (GPA2021-007), Rezone (R2021-010), and Ordinance Amendment (OA2021-004). A component of these proposed changes will be to allow for student and faculty housing in defined areas of the R-T Park associated with the California Health Sciences University (CHSU) campus.
