Urban Greening Plan
The California Natural Resources Agency on behalf of the State of California Strategic Growth Council administers Urban Greening Grant Program funds available under the Safe Drinking Water, Water Quality and Supply, Flood Control, River and Coastal Protection Bond Act of 2006 (Proposition 84). The overall intent of the Urban Greening Grant Program is to provide competitive funds to assist entities in developing master urban greening plans and constructing urban greening projects that help the State meet its environmental goals and the creation of healthy communities.
