Four suspects have been arrested by Clovis Police Detectives in relation to the shooting that took place on April 8, 2024, at the Winco parking lot in Clovis. This gang related shooting investigation led our Detectives to a home in southeast Fresno early this morning where they served a search warrant, and were able to close this case. It was determined that this shooting and disturbance took place simply because gang members were in the same place, and the same time.
On April 23, Detectives took two of the four suspects into custody. 42-year-old Adarrius Stevenson Sr. of Fresno was arrested at the Clovis Police Department for assault with a deadly weapon (firearm). His son, 22-year-old Adarrius Stevenson Jr. was arrested at his home in Fresno for concealing evidence, and felony charges related to the possession of a firearm because he is a convicted felon on probation. This morning, Detectives arrested 25-year-old Charles Muhammad of Fresno and 33-year-old Dominique Williams of Clovis for assault with a deadly weapon (firearm), and felony child endangerment. The child endangerment charges were added due to the fact that during the shooting on April 8, there were two children in an unrelated parked car that was struck by bullets. Thankfully, neither child was injured.
There were no injuries during any of the arrests for this case, and we would like to thank the Fresno Adult Compliance Team (ACT) for their assistance.
