Clovis Police is holding its 3rd Annual Cops & Kids Sports Camp this week! Over 120 kids in 1st-6th grades are enjoying daily activities with officers, employees, and volunteers such as volleyball, basketball, fingerprinting, arts & crafts, obstacle courses and more! Interacting with our young residents in a positive environment is paramount to the goals of the Department, and helps foster good relationships. The 4-day camp ends tomorrow, Friday June 22, with a fun water day at the park! All activities have been held at the City of Clovis Recreation Sections facility at Clovis Ave/Dakota Ave, and we thank them and their staff for all of their assistance! Clovis Police would also like to thank the countless volunteers, Police Explorers, and organizations who have stepped up to help make this year’s sports camp the biggest and best yet!
