Shepherd Avenue will be closed west of the Fowler Avenue intersection to east of the Clovis Avenue intersection. Sunnyside Avenue will also be closed from Perrin Road to Shepherd Avenue. The closures are to begin January 4th, 2024, through April 16th , 2024 depending on weather conditions.
Construction will include installing utilities, traffic signal installation, and road work that would include the Shepherd/Sunnyside and Sunnyside Avenue north of the intersection.
Detours for eastbound Shepherd Avenue are suggested to utilize Clovis Avenue to Nees Avenue.
Detours for westbound Shepherd Avenue are suggested to utilize Fowler Avenue to Nees Avenue.
Detours for southbound Sunnyside Avenue are suggested to utilize Perrin RD.
Detours for northbound Sunnyside Avenue are suggested to utilize Nees Avenue.
