Clovis utility customers may notice a slight change in their utility bills beginning in August. As part of a standard rate change due to rising costs, effective July 1st, recycling, refuse, and street sweeping rates have increased by 4%, and water and sewer rates have increased by 3%. What does this mean for your bill? Residential customers can expect a modest overall increase of approximately* $6 over the 2-month billing cycle, or $3 per month.
