For the health and safety of the public and our employees we are implementing some changes to the way we collect your utility, permit and business renewal payments.

• If you need to make a payment on your utility account  please either leave a check/money order in any of our 3 drop boxes or make your payment online utilizing the Paymentus portal at https://ipn.paymentus.com/rotp/CLOV. You can also pay over the phone using the following phone number: 1-877-281-4366. Also, water shut-offs have been temporarily suspended in the City of Clovis.

• If you need to start or stop service, please use either the online portal: https://cityofclovis.com/finance/utility-billing/start-service/ or https://cityofclovis.com/finance/utility-billing/stop-service/ or call 324-2130 and select option 1.

• If you need to make a payment on your business license renewal, please leave a check/money order in any of our 3 drop boxes, or make your payment online utilizing the online portal at https://businesslicense.ci.clovis.ca.us/PrimeWeb. Licenses will be mailed out subsequent to payment.

• If you need to make a building permit payment, please either leave a check/money order in the any of our 3 drop boxes, or make payment online using the online portal: https://cap.ci.clovis.ca.us/CAP/PermitPayments/.
