This morning, the Clovis Police Department’s Special Enforcement Team (SET) served a search warrant at a Fresno residence related to allegations of narcotic and prescription sales in the Clovis and Fresno area. This search warrant and arrest was the result of an on-going investigation into sales of Xanax, psilocybin mushrooms, marijuana, and other prescription pills.
SET Detectives arrested 28-year-old Touben Heu of Fresno without incident at his home and collected numerous pieces of evidence. That evidence included over 1,000 pills of generic Xanax, over 1 pound of psilocybin mushrooms, approximately 8 pounds of marijuana, prescription pills, cash, and other items. Heu has been booked into Fresno County Jail for 3 felonies, related to the possession and sales of those drugs and prescriptions.
