• Records Regular Office Hours: Monday through Wednesday and Friday 8:00am – 4:30 pm, and 8:00am – 2:00 pm on Thursday. Closed on Saturday, Sunday, and City/Court observed holidays
• Arson registrants: please call 324-3474 for an appointment
• PC 290 Registrants: Call the Sex Offender Information Line at 324-3474.
• Narcotic registration is done Tuesday through Friday 10:30am – 2:00 pm
• Impound Hearings: By appointment only: Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:00am – 2:00pm Call 324-2400 to schedule an appointment.
• Vehicle Releases: Monday through Friday 8:00am – 3:00pm
• Fingerprinting: (rolled ink prints only)  – By appointment only. Please call (559) 324-2400 to schedule an appointment.
• Livescan: Unavailable – Please check the yellow pages of your local phone book under “fingerprinting services.”
