Customer Self Service Portal

We are pleased to announce the launch of our Customer Self Service (CSS) portal. We can now accept online applications for the following residential permits:

Photovoltaic
HVAC Change Out
Electrical Change Out
Re-Roof

The CSS portal will allow you to apply for permits, submit documents for review, pay for invoices, and schedule inspections.

You will have access to open permits that you are authorized to view, your account will not be linked to previously finalized records. All application communications will be handled through the CSS portal. Some features are still under development.

To register with the CSS portal, follow the link below. Your account registration will be verified by staff, registrations made during business hours will be processed within the same day, after hours registrations will be processed on the next business day.
