Recognizing the hardships many are facing during this health emergency, the City of Clovis has issued an Emergency Order providing some financial relief to businesses and residents.

The City of Clovis previously announced the suspension of water shut-offs due to failure to pay the bill. This most recent order also suspends the assessment and collection of late fees, penalties, and interest for all City utility bill payments.

Additionally, the City will suspend the assessment and collection of late fees, penalties, and interest for all tax certificate fees owed to the City.
