PLEASE NOTE:

There will be a $10.00 nonrefundable administrative fee and a refundable deposit of $150.00 added to your first bill. A deposit is not required if you have had previous service in the City of Clovis with no delinquencies.
Please keep in mind that additional information may be needed before your service can be started.
Requests to start service any time during the day will usually result in a service start by the end of the next business day.
Utility bills are processed bi-monthly, so it may take up to two months before you receive your first bill.
