Clovis Memorial Run

Don’t let the word ‘run’ scare you. You can walk the whole thing! The events consist of a timed 5K run/walk, 2-mile walk, half-mile Senior Walk and Roll, and a half-mile kids run. Events start in front of the Clovis Senior Center. We also have a wonderful pancake breakfast and a resource fair with information for seniors and veterans, plus some fantastic raffle prizes. Veterans and active military can participate for free (If registered by May 18, afterward it’s $5) and others are $15-$30 depending upon the event. Participants get a dry-weave type shirt, pancake breakfast, goodie bag, and participant’s ribbon. Proceeds go to the senior center. If you’re not into exercise, we could use volunteers to hand out water, distribute shirts, help on the course, and the breakfast.
